Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery times vary by product, carrier, and destination. Please use the tracking information provided after shipment for the most current delivery estimate.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at info@seekking.net and we’ll help you review the shipment.

Returns & Refunds

For general merchandise other than E-Bikes, return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition unless the item arrived defective or materially different from the listing.

If an item arrives defective or materially different from the listing, contact us at info@seekking.net. Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions.

General Return Restocking Fee

For non-defective general merchandise returned in 100% condition, a 30% restocking fee applies. After the approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method minus the 30% restocking fee.
